The Clone Wars were a galaxy-spanning conflict that pitted the Grand Army of the Republic against the Separatist Alliance. Leading the charge for the Republic were legendary Jedi such as Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan Ahsoka Tano, supported by elite clone units like the 501st Legion. Known for their fierce loyalty, tactical skill, and iconic blue-marked armor, the 501st were often deployed to the most dangerous and decisive battlefronts.

This MOC captures one such intense standoff — an urban clash between the advancing Separatist droid army and a determined Republic defense.

The Scene: An Outer Rim City Under Siege

At the forefront stands a tall arched wall, opening onto a bustling street flanked by fully detailed buildings on both sides. Down the street marches the Separatist army — battle droids in formation, accompanied by custom-built Dwarf Spider Droids — but the Republic forces are ready. Anakin, Ahsoka, and the 501st Legion are waiting in ambush.

Left Side: Anakin Advances

Anakin Skywalker rushes ahead with several clone troopers supporting him. Behind them, the city comes to life:

• The Lucky Bantha café, where a COO Cook Droid serves customers behind the counter
• Speeder Bike shop brimming with intricate details
• Spiral staircase leading from the shop to an office
• An apartment and patio for the speeder bike shop owner
• 4 clone troopers waiting in ambush — in the cafe, in the shop, on the patio, and jetpack-powered trooper on the roof

Right Side: Ahsoka Attacks

On the opposite side of the street, Ahsoka Tano matches Anakin’s advance, to rush the oncoming battle droids. Her side of the street features:

• Club Hutta, a lively venue where an RX-series droid spins music with the help of a trusty Gonk speaker droid
• A small cantina for locals
• A Droidsmith’s shop, with stairs leading from the street to the shop, patio, and apartment
• 2 clone troopers waiting in ambush — in the stairwell and on the patio

Middle: The Separatist Army Marches

Down the center of the street, 3 squads of B1 Battle Droids advance under the command of Separatist Army General Lok Durd. Supporting the battle droids are 4 B2 Super Battle Droids and 3 Dwarf Spider Droids. These walking Separatist war machines add both menace and visual variety to the scene, their spindly legs and rounded domes towering over the infantry.
